J.S.T. (Junior Staff Training)
JST is a Journey of memorable experiences, Service to others and becoming part of a Team!
The JST program is a great precursor to our ASCEND program. This is perfect for young people ages 13-15 that are interested in getting a taste of what summer camp ministry is all about without having to make a full time commitment. It is a week- long program that takes place during Junior Camp (JULY 14-19, 2024).
Students serve by helping kitchen and maintenance staff with various tasks. They are also given the opportunity to participate in group activities with our Junior Camp program as well as team activities that promote bonding within the team as well as with other staff.
Our JST students come together to learn aspects of ministry, teamwork and cooperation as they grow in their personal relationships and in their walk with Christ. JST leaders bring the group together on a daily basis to walk alongside them and guide them to reach their full potential and allow them to have fun doing it!
