The world today can be so busy and loud that it feels like we are being pulled in every direction and so many “voice” calling for our attention. Ladies Retreat 2024 will offer you a place to come and bring quiet to the noise. Throughout the weekend we will talk about life’s challenges and choices we are faced with and learn the importance of being still in order to seek God and hear His voice.

Our Speaker
Jennie Afman Dimkoff
Jennie Afman Dimkoff is an international speaker, trainer and storyteller. She speaks for retreats, on college campuses, and for conferences. She has authored several books and Bible studies, including Passionate Faith, Unexpected Grace and her most recent book, Miracle on Hope Hill which she wrote with her sister, Carol Kent.
She currently serves on the Global Board for Our Daily Bread Ministries, she is the founder of Storyline Ministries and is the author and storyteller for Kids’ Time!, a children’s story ministry on CD, and counts it a joy to serve on staff of Speak UP with Confidence, a Christian Speaker and Writers’ Conference each year.
Jennie also has a special heart for military wives and families and has counted it a privilege to speak for and encourage military PWOC groups around the world.
Her husband, Graydon, is recently retired and they have two married, adult children and four adorable grandchildren.

Registration begins at 7:00 pm on Friday. The retreat will dismiss at 2 pm on Sunday, after lunch.

Session Descriptions:
Session 1
"Hearing God's Whisper"
Life is full of a multitude of challenges and choices, but the most important choice is to Choose to Follow Christ. In the opening session, Jennie Dimkoff will share her compelling personal story with us, and how knowing Christ has made a difference in her life.
Session 2
“Choosing to Trust”
Step within the pages of God's Word and experience the story of Joshebed, the mother of Moses, who had an impossible problem. She chose to TRUST God rather than to obey Pharaoh--with miraculous results. Do you need to choose to trust God with something that seems impossible this weekend? "Be still and KNOW that I am GOD." Psalm 46:10.
Session 3
"Faith and Friendship Find a Way!"
This fun and practical message about lifestyle evangelism will help us all look at our non-believing friends and family members in a whole new light--as our mission field. It is the story of four, rather outrageous friends and the paralytic who they brought to Jesus. What are you willing to do to introduce your friend to the ONE who can change her life forever?
Session 4
"Seeking God's Face in the Rat Race"
Sometimes we get so caught up in the busyness of our lives, families, work and even with ministry that we forget about the difference it can make to choose to seek God's face. It can be life changing! In this message we'll watch Jesus as He makes His last trip through Jericho...on His way to Jerusalem...and the cross.
