Thank you for considering Pine Brook for your next retreat! We know you have taken on a huge responsibility that can at times seem very daunting. We are here to help! As the Guest Services Director, I want to help make your retreat planning go as smoothly as possible.

LODGING OPTIONS
​
Dixon Hall GUEST ROOMS

There are 15 guest rooms sleeping up to 58 guests. Each room is equipped with its own private bath and shower. Rooms were constructed to minimize noise and provide a good night's sleep.

​

MAPLEVIEW LODGE

Mapleview holds 24 guests in 4 semi-private rooms. This unit is available year-round and has 2 bathrooms with showers. It also has a home style kitchen that is ideal for smaller groups. There is a post and beam great room that will seat up to 40 guests for an all inclusive conference facility.  An LCD projector and portable sound system are available upon request.

 

SPRUCE

This A-Frame is equipped with electricity and heat for year-round usage, and a private bathroom with shower.  Spruce will house 14 guests and also has an open living room space that can be used for small group meetings.

 

CABINS

There are 13 rustic cabins for those who would like a true “summer camp” experience. The rustic cabins have no heat or electricity, and sleep around 12 in each cabin. Showers and bathrooms are both located within close walking distance. The cabins provide a nice camping atmosphere for any age group. The cabins are available May through September.

Other Facilities

 

DINING ROOM

The dining room is a log cabin with old styled lantern lighting. This beautiful setting can seat up to 200 guests comfortably and makes for an impressive dining room for both casual and formal dining.

 

CAFE

People like to visit over food and drinks and our café provides just the right setting for that to happen. There are 15 round tables, seating up to 60 guests in our quaint café. Designed to look like a little coffee house it is the perfect place to just sit and visit or to grab a snack between meals or before bed.

STORE

Ask us about opening the camp store for your retreat. Located in the café, the store is where you’ll find:

  • drinks

  • candy

  • snacks

  • toiletries

  • apparel

  • flash lights

  • much more!

GAME ROOM

What would a retreat be without a place to play? Our game room will meet the needs of both young and old alike. Games like Ping-Pong, Carpet Ball, Air Hockey and Foosball are all available to our guests feeling young at heart.

​

MEETING AREAS

We know that meeting space is an important aspect to guests using our facilities. Therefore, we have tried to make all of our meeting spaces comfortable and well equipped to meet the needs of our guests.

Dixon Hall has an auditorium that seats 200 guests and is equipped with a sound system, and LCD projector.  (Meeting areas in other buildings may be used for meetings or seminars as available).

PROGRAMMING

We offer a wide variety of exciting programming options to all of our groups- guided hikes, camp fires, canoeing, team building initiatives, and ice breakers to name a few!* Our Guest Group Coordinator can partner with you in making the best use of the available options to enhance your retreat.
